RAPL is the licensed owner of the website www.shopsure.app, (‘The Site/App”) or the Mobile Application (“App”) and the brand Reekaya Fresh.

Please read the below terms and conditions carefully before using the website www.shopsure.app.  Your use of the website assumes your consent to the given terms and conditions.

We believe in offering the best online shopping experience to our customers and hence to improve our services, we are always open to your valuable feedback.

Shipping Policy

•          We deliver 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday).

•          Orders received by 8:00 pm shall be delivered, the next day time slot 8:00 pm TO 2:00 pm. 

•          Orders received on  same day  will be delivered in time slot 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm or next day time slot 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Note: Currently, same day delivery available only for patna, Bihar areas.

Delayed Delivery

In case of delay in receipt of your order, we request you to kindly WhatsApp us the order details, so that we can assist you in tracking the order. 

We request you to kindly note that due to onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the delivery times might be affected. That said, we shall take all the necessary action to deliver your order at the earliest.

In the unfortunate case of natural calamities like earthquake / heavy rains / emergency strikes / curfew or any other such event, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the next most probable date.

Other Delivery Conditions

If an order could not be delivered owing to the following reasons, the costs towards re-delivery of the order shall be borne by you and RAPL will not be held responsible whatsoever.

1. Unavailability of person/s to receive an order.

2. Wrong/insufficient address.

3. Locked premises.

4. Unreachable contact number.

5. No response.

6. Refusal to accept the order.
