Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the order is placed, you may cancel your order by 8pm the same day only.

• When our team approves such cancellation, the full amount will be refunded. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet, you will receive the refund into the Source Account within 15 days from the time of cancellation of the Order.

• If an order is cancelled after 8pm, there will be no amount refunded.

• If a COD order is cancelled after 8pm, the customer will be charged an additional fee of 5% of the total order value which will be added to the next order.

• Please note, we reserve the right to cancel your order in part or in full if our produce fails to meet our quality standards. We will update you about the same.
