Return & Replacement Policy
In case of an unsatisfactory order, we provide replacement of such products in full or in part basis the approval from our team.
• In order to become eligible for the replacement, you are requested to share clear pictures of such products/damaged packaging within 2 (two) hours of receiving the order.
• Pictures of the unsatisfactory Order, original packaging, and the bill are mandatory requirements for the replacement of the Order in part or in full.
• You are requested to check the Order upon delivery in order to avoid any misunderstandings about any possible missing items.
• The delivery time of replacement will vary on the basis of your location. In most cases, the replacement once approved, will be delivered the next day.
• Images used on the website/app are for representation purposes only. The actual products might vary in their colour/shape/texture. No replacement request will be entertained basis the images used on the website/app.
